Tracey Storey is the Principal of Mission Driven Advisory. She brings twenty years of experience at the intersection of advancement strategy, institutional operations, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to founding her advisory practice, Tracey served as Associate Vice President at BWF, where she designed the firm's strategic planning methodology for complex nonprofit and academic clients and counseled organizations across higher education, human services, and research.
Tracey spent nearly a decade at Princeton University, most recently as Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff for Advancement. There she served as a member of the senior leadership team and as Advancement's liaison to the President and Provost's offices, was cognizant officer for the function's enterprise risks and led its risk process, oversaw Advancement Operations on an interim basis, managed a high-stakes CRM implementation through recovery, and helped shape donor engagement strategy for Princeton's capital campaign.
She holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
